Team Quest is based on
activities that a single individual cannot complete.
Successful
completion of each course requires teamwork as a group, shared talents,
thinking things through, good communications, and planning together.
All participants begin by sharing
in a
three-part verbal contract to commit to
PHYSICAL SAFETY, EMOTIONAL SAFETY,
and a GROUP FIRST approach.
